QUOTE(dreamercowa @ Apr 20 2015, 10:09 AM) I don't really think so. Did a brief research, UK Cancer Research says no conclusive link. Hmm.http://www.cancerresearchuk.org/about-canc...gy-cause-cancer But having a high-tension cable in your window would certainly make the view ugly, so it's one point of consideration. Having the cable around, ok for me. Having to see it when I look out of my window, big no no. |

Went to sales gallery already for viewing. Floor 9 to 18 can still see the cable, above that, cannot see already. Of course, picking a different view (example facing olympic-sized swimming pool) cannot see cable.
Asked the sales agent, the facilities will only be completed in phases, so those buying Tower A and B have to wait before they get the olympic-sized swimming pool. But still got smaller swimming pool between Tower A and B. Will face some dust problem while construction ongoing. Tower C and D...maybe launch sometime this year, maybe next year. But all together, sales agent say might need up to 7 years to finish construction. So those buying early will get unit earlier, but have to suffer 2-3 years of dust and minimal facilities? Hmm.... QUOTE(superb999 @ Apr 21 2015, 09:25 AM) Well....not fully a construction site. But it's pretty much the same everywhere if there are more than 1-2 block being built. So it's the matter of personal preference when you buy.Buy early: Can move in earlier, but need to deal with some dust (unless you don't move in first), might not have full facilities, and shops not open/opening soon Buy late: Generally more expensive, by the time you move in, most shops open already This post has been edited by cnkuan87: Apr 21 2015, 09:48 AM |

If you see their site plan again, I would say that the RUMAWIP fasa 3 is probably under future development in the area separated by the pylon. Block A-E (fasa 2) is already shown in the site plan.
