Meet Dolly...



We met thru the net... it was love at first sight i must say ... the previous owner only wanted to keep the parents so she was put up for adoption thru Adpost...

However, after the transaction was done the guy suprised me by allowing me to take home Kynn as well, at no additional charge... i couldnt be more happier!!

This is Kynn ...



She was white when we 1st met with only a small patch of color on the nose... now her ears, paws n tail r turning color too.. the vet mentioned sumfink abt colorpoint...

I was told that both of em will turn color at the age of 6mths... i'm so excited i cant wait!!

Can we see some before and after pictures? Why do they change colour?

your cat so adorable...i like it so much..my creamy already start to change color..last time whole body like light cream...now the color had change into deep cream ..near to yellow or brown.....

both are really cute..

We get all our cats from the back of our house our dad is always scolding us for taking in stray cats... but we can't help it!!! they're so cute

my sister likes (LOVES) maine coons... where can we get them in malaysia? and how much do they cost? is it hard to take care of them?

actually you can never tell when it's their time... some cats can live up to 17 or 18 years... but for cats, when their time comes, they will usually go far far away, and then they won't come back... sad, but that's what people say...

Btw, guys help, my kitten vomit, i mean like more than twice... I gave it antiworm medicine that i get from a vetenerian(oh heck i cant spell) before this vomiting season happen.

there are a few Maine Coon breeder in Malaysia... and they wont sell entire cat to unknown buyer, only altered cat (and these also not for everybody, only for buyers who they trust)... normally altered MC (with cert of coz...) their price tag is somewhere around rm3000-rm4500... and since MC is forest cat, they are heavy eater... u need to prepare various menu such as premium kibbles, chicken & beef... their average adult weight normally around 10kg...

those are a few things u need to consider before having this forest cat... honestly, quite high maintenance...

it's not fake!!! it's real... but looks so white kan...? that's him during his cleaner days, now he's all berhabuk and busyuk... hehe


aiyah... so mahal... and so much work... no half-breed ke? maine coon lookalike ke... hehe... i kinda like maine coon too... coz they're so biggg...

that's rite... so mahal... and i still didnt mention the medical bills yet... these pedigrees are easy to get sick compare to Domestic Cat... that's why not everybody can keep them...

those pedigree look-alike can easily be found at petshops... BUT remember... dont get cheated... if anybody claims that their cats is pedigree such as Persian, Maine Coon etc etc (so they can charge u like crazy...) ask for the cert... if no cert, the cat is Domestic Cat... it's either Domestic Short Hair, Domestic Long Hair or Domestic Semi Long Hair... and their price is not that high...

its odd that of all diseases, u fear of toxoplasmosis.
the disease usually is not severe (unless u have aids) & resolve itself.

human death due to this is rare.

the protozoa targets cat to reproduce.
then it goes with the cat's poo.

humans are not very susceptible of contracting the disease unless u eat unwashed vege, improperly cooked meat, eat cat or their poo (yuck )

hmmm not sure but i for one hate cats. and toxoplasma is just one of the reasons.
i just hate the fact that when u have a cat its more like the cat is the master while u are the pet.

it's either ur cat hate u for not being a good owner or u are too 'naive' to aware that ur cat need to be castrated if u wanna avoid the hormon changes that normally drive them to mate... in ur case, kawin lari...

I've been in contact with lots of cats from house cats to back alley cats. so far I didn't get the desease.
you probably right but not entirely correct. the fun part of having cats as pets is when there is a time when your're the master and your cat is the pet and vice versa.
for God's sake, cats have their own desire too. they also want to experience what is it like to mate.

I just want to share with ya'll also some pictures of my cats.



This is my first cat, Toby... I got him from paws, my boyfriend picked him cause he was so skinny and he looked so sad then. When he picked toby up in his arms he was so quiet and cuddly so we took him home. now he's about 4kg



This is my second cat also from paws his name is dodolski, he is very fat about 8kgs, another person wanted him then but he said he'll come back for dodolski, too bad we took him in . Dolski is very friendly and he like mouse, whenever we make a rat sound he looks around.. haha



This is my valentine present, we got him from a pet shop near our house, his owner didn't want to keep him because his previous owner had birds in the house. Bad combination.. haha.. his name is Henry, about 8-9months old.

If you have a pet, ANY type of pet(esp weird or exotic or pure breeds one), most of the time they are the master to you. The owners are merely slaves to them for feeding them, caring for them, cleaning their poo/housing, spending money on their needs/vets and so on...

So it does not apply only to cats, but all type of pets

That is why you must think hard, twice or even a 100x before getting a pet.
