Have you solved your login problem? I am also facing difficulty with OTP when trying to login to rhb online. I called CS they said have to do at branch. I go to branch to register but they say they have done everything they can do. But I am still not able to login. Anyone know how to register for that OTP?

Open a Savings account with a RHB ATM card may solve your problem. 
I (re-)opened a new Savings account to have another ID for Internet Banking then I could check my credit card account!

today i called to their customer service to ask about internet banking.

i had register my mobile number at atm but their system keep showing my number was not registered.

then the customer service girl said i registered online purchase otp but not online banking otp and ask me to go atm register my mobile number again.

i remember there is only one option at atm to register mobile number.

so is that true that there're 2 type of otp we need to register?
