I called their hotline but there is none option to select for cancellation,

Anyone of you can lend a helping hand? Im truly appreciate

Islamic card member is considered different from conventional card member ?

I got myself and my dad rhb smart value credit card

And usually use two separate cheque for both card payment

Izit possible to make payment for both card using a single cheque?

Um... so they sent me a RBD World MC due to the mortgage I took with RHB.

So... is this card absolutely useless? I'm kinda lazy to maintain another card since I've alry got the PBB Sig, HLB Wise, HLB Fortune, CMB World, AMB Infinite...

20% Cash Back... ridiculously awesome...

but pool limit of 200k per month....

I received call around 10 days ago. Until now still appear in my RHBNow.

Yesterday I received a call from RHB's official telebanking number 03-92068118. When you answer, a pre-recorded message tells you that there is a transaction for RM XXXX amount pending on your RHB credit card and to press 1 to confirm transaction, 4 for something else and 9 for customer service representative

If you wait until it finishes, the message repeats itself and if you still do nothing, the call terminates after the repeated message

What made me suspicious is, the English pre-recorded message pronounciation was very hesitant and not smooth. Also, I dont have RHB card anymore 

So beware of this scam, I dont know how they can make their number show as RHB official number though

I'm avoiding banking with RHB.

They recently implemented a rule that all transactions above 10k require the use of their mobile app RHB Secure Plus.

However, smart phones are not secure. No one ever runs an antivirus on it because it drains their battery. Moreover, everyone downloads free apps and games that may turn out to be trojan horses.

Smart phones are convenient and perfectly fine for RM100 or RM200 transactions. But for transactions above 10k?

Banks are supposed to be safe but RHB has got this all wrong. I have contacted their support and all they did was parrot back their new policy requiring the use of smart phones for transactions above 10k.

The next major hack will be on smart phones because they are vulnerable. And with RHB implementing this rule, smart phones becomes more valuable to hack. Just hack an RHB customer and you can move tens of thousands of ringgit in s a single transaction. All because of RHB's stupidity. Only RHB is implementing this rule. I know there aren't such idiocy at Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB and Hong Leong Bank.

I'm leaving RHB because RHB is NOT secure.

Got my answer after back read few pages.

Seems like BigPay is not eligible for the RM30 cashback promo campaign.

And BOOST is eligible.

Now I just need to find out when is my card is approved and whether it is eligible to participate in this campaign.

I seldom read RHB card thread. Now only find out got this campaign. Hopefully not too late. (Missed 1 week quota I see)

If anyone here know, perhaps can advise so I can save time on calling RHB CS :

May I know if Boost's payment gateway is local? What time do u normally top-up Boost.

For RHB Signature Visa card, need to spend RM3250/month at BigPay to get RM30/month cashback for online transaction and then need to spend another RM300/week at BOOST to participate in the weekly RM30 cashback promotion campaign?

How u get 2x rm30 cb for this promotion week5?

I got week3-4 cashback, but didn't got week5-6.
