Don't confuse. The games (exp 31/3) not related to the monthly rebate scheme. You need to spend RM300 on Thursday to win RM30, max 9 weeks only. The prizes are not guaranteed.

Monthly rebate scheme remain unchanged, eg VS 1%-6% on Online/Entertainment/Shopping only. The monthly rebate is guaranteed.

Read T&C. If you are not sure, ask RHB CS.

I was using RHB Platinum Card previously, then they changed the name of the card to VS Reward Card...
I would like to upgrade my card to Visa Signature, and keep my current card number and reward points. Any idea how to do that?

Apply for a new card, RHB VS, with your new income documents.

A new card number for VS (4628-26**-****-****), only cash rebate, no reward point scheme. You may have to keep your existing card, ie you will have 2 RHB CC.

Also, just wanna know does RHB charge us for cross border fee? So far i know CIMB do charge for cross border fee, but not for Public Bank or Most other banks

anything wrong? seems like you still got 2x30? And seems like they reversed because the week number is wrong?

me habuk pun tarak again. time for me to put this card aside. already 9x30 and only won the first 3x.

if you're new to bank, T&C says swipe minimum $50 in 1 transaction and wait for first cash back to confirm registration. I waited like 2-3 weeks and start participating already without waiting for cash back. End up 8 weeks only got the first cash back. If you wait now, campaign over loh.

if you are existing cardholder, then i not sure. supposed to have some code to SMS and register OR just register online at https://www.rhbgroup.com/campaigns/rhb-cred...-spend-campaign

First I thought I won W10 & W11, but it turned out to be W10 and W13.

So I lost W11 - Boost, but I won W13 - Shopee.

So RHB might have disqualified (or limit the winners) Boost transactions!

Ahh yeah. I think so too sifu. My boost was around 12.15-12.30. haven't won anything since I last posted the transaction.

Don't think so, as Govt is paying almost 0% fee to the CC parties, not like retail outlets!
Even you can earn reward points, the value of reward point is about 0.2%, but you need to pay +0.8% surcharge, so it is not a good move!

Hey all, may i know will we get SMS notification on all transactions (inclusive of online) for as low as RM1 ??

I recently called the RHB Customer service and they told me my request was granted, but then when i purchase anything online, still i didnt get any SMS notification.

Is it becuz they think that OTP is secured enough and so will not notify the customer for it?? and the SMS notification only valid for those retail transaction where you use ur card either with paywave or with pin ?
