My agent told me my VS already delivered to Seremban 2 branch on Tuesday but until today still nobody calls me to collect yet. I hate going to the branch because the queue is crazy. I will wait then and meanwhile manually calculate my expenses until I go there to fix my online banking issue. If it is not because of the useful card, I really won't consider applying their bank, their online banking had issue in the past and until today is still so troublesome...

Yeah, after I queued like crazy that day and they said queue no. is not needed but I will need it if I want to activate my online banking. Coincidentally, right after they found my card, my no. was called and I had to go to counter to activate my online banking...

Let me try again, maybe tomorrow if I'm still in the mood. I will have back-to-back meetings later, so cannot go.

Maybe I should now, earlier they wanted my employment letter, actually I already got that ready. Oh ya, account opening also needs to queue like crazy.

Oh ya, the branch just called me to collect my VS card. I told her about my OTP issue that it is not resolved, she asked me like whom I submitted to, luckily I still remember which counter is that and she will check for me. I asked her to give me an update via phone call later. Let's see. Hopefully my painful experience with RHB will end soon and I don't need to go to their branch next time.

That's my money too. I already took out for my house before i-Sinar was announced given to everyone regardless criteria, so don't want to touch EPF now.

I went to branch to collect my VS card and told them I still cannot get OTP. Then the officer checked and said it is already approved by branch and it is strange that I still cannot get OTP. She will help to send it over to HQ for investigation but at least I have her email now and can follow up with her directly.

Nope, it shows it is not registered yet. So, it is RHB issue...

I did mine at the branch, already approved by branch but still not reflected. So, they are checking with one specific team in HQ that deals with OTP matters.

Oh my, today must be a miracle day for me, my call was picked up by CS! She said she saw S2 branch already made a report to HQ today to check my OTP issue. They are working on it. Actually I called because I was worried my OTP for MYR 0.00 was considered as first transaction for RM 25 cash back... I had to pass through that step when I wanted to pay directly with Shopee. CS said that's not considered and asked me not to worry that much.. I was worried because it will affect my first, second and third cash back. Fingers crossed.

RHB finally activated my OTP last night and I managed to login now. Happy that they even worked on my case at late night. Finally my painful experience with RHB has come to an end. I can enjoy using their cards now.

I just remembered today is 21st and my statement date is 22nd. I still have around 850 to spend to get 5% which I have forgotten. I read back the posts here, it has to be statement date -1. So, which e-wallet that has same transaction and posting date?
