I never sign and submit though agent's standard instruction is to sign on that page. However, as cardholders we will have to be vigilant in knowing what we are signing for. My agent did ask me when I didn't submit that page, I just told her I don't need it. No issue with that. smile.gif

I think I’m also having this issue now. Tried to top up Lazada Wallet and it says insufficient balance. Checked my RHB app and saw my available limit becomes negative. doh.gif

An update for my case, a CS returned my call at around 1.00 a.m. last night and due to limited access to system at that hour, she requested for another call-back this morning. So, another officer called again this morning and she was surprised to see why my available limit is in negative value when my spending does not even exceed the limit yet. I only took up CashXcess 15k and she also agreed with me that the system may have captured the Islamic CL which is much lower than my conventional CL.

She has no choice but to escalate further, however with no confirmation yet when it can be fixed, she will put a remark to be expedited. sad.gif

This is a kind reminder for others to check your CL after your Islamic card is approved.

My CL issue was fixed yesterday’s evening after I checked my limit in the app is normalized. I already spent on Lazada Wallet and it went through. RHB hasn’t called me to inform me yet, maybe later. Luckily they only took few hours to fix. sweat.gif laugh.gif

I forgot that this card was already approved on 28th March. Just received SMS asking me to activate the card then only I remember lol. sweat.gif
As usual card is still nowhere to be seen, not a surprise as Seremban 2 branch is so slow and nobody calls me yet.

I see, I will stick to email only then. That's more convenient for me.

My Shell Visa-i card was approved on 28th March but until today the branch hasn't called me for collection. Surprisingly, my call to CS at this hour was picked up instantly and CS will help to check with branch to know the status.. Already 10 working days without me realising. laugh.gif

Anyway, card has arrived in the branch (God knows since when) shakehead.gif and CS said I can go and collect it at anytime. The branch never bothered to call me this time... shakehead.gif

Their CS and branch service are the worst. I swear to God I won't want to go Seremban 2 branch anymore unless I'm forced to. I was there to collect my card and was told no need to take queue no., waited 50 minutes for one staff to attend to me... That also she saw me helpless... shakehead.gif bangwall.gif

The guard here also asked me to go to counter 7 and counter 7 was busy attending another customer, in front of me she shouted to the guard, since when I handle credit cards matters? Hello? In front of your customer? Seriously? Then counter 10 who was supposed to handle asked her to handle after her customer because she also had customers that time... So I was like a ball kena kick here and there. bangwall.gif

Exactly. Until I got so pissed off and can see my face totally become red like tomato already, one of the counter staffs saw me and asked how can she help me.. At the end, she was the one helped me to get my CC. bangwall.gif

Yes for all questions. Third spend can be online transactions as well, not necessarily e-wallets. I will assume your first spend is also one of the cash back categories.
