I just received SMS for my VS approved as well. Only applied yesterday and approved today. I will collect altogether I think..

Anyway, RHB CS returned my call after I dropped them an email last Friday... At least now I know where my cards will be sent to and in fact already sent out on 4th March, so still waiting for branch to call me and my statement date is 22nd for both cards.

I have no idea, have to wait for others to reply on this. I still I haven't got my call yet.

Yet the branch hasn't called me yet and I couldn't get them. I will wait until next week for VS to arrive as well.

My Shell Visa card was approved on 4th and VS which is an additional card approved on 9th. Does it make sense if I go again tomorrow to collect both? Waiting for the branch to call me seems hopeless though the officer said she will call.

Dropped by Seremban 2 branch again and after spending some time to locate my card, they found my card and claimed just received today. Oh well, only God knows. Card was approved on 4th and I cannot believe that coincidentally it only reached today.

However, my VS is still not available and that's not so important, I will wait till it arrives and they call me only I will go again.

Then, I wanted to register for online banking, they asked if I have received any PIN. I was like, what PIN is this? I'm not aware of anything. They finally gave in and gave me a form to fill in my contact no. and I need to submit my phone bill, luckily PDF copy is accepted so I just sent it over via email to the officer. After a while, she said all done and I should receive a SMS 24 hours later, is this true?

Not sure what SOP is this, first time asking for this... Luckily I have my own line and not supplementary line to anyone.

For Shell petrol, if I don't spend at least RM 800 per month, I won't get any petrol cash back right?

Yesterday managed to leave my no. for CS to return call, so one of them called me back in the evening. After checking what I wanted, I also asked about CashXcess as I'm interested to apply, he got one of the colleagues to call me today.

So she called just now and while listening to pre-recorded T&C, she sent me WhatsApp messages and informed she is the officer handling my application and can look for her for CashXcess application. At least now I have two direct RHB contacts without going through the painful CS experience.

Tried already, it still requires OTP. This officer helped me to check with her online banking colleague, my mobile no. is not registered yet for OTP. Maybe the branch hasn't processed or is processing it, what's new with RHB by the way? Such inefficiency is not a surprise.
