My case with RHB is still ongoing but probably due to BNM's interference, they respond quite well. One of the officers called me today and ensure everything will be removed from my CCRIS soon. If it's still there after her confirmation, I can call to her direct line to escalate.

It's true that RHB cards will remain in CCRIS despite cancelled ages ago. Suggest those cancelled their RHB cards to check their CCRIS to avoid similar incident like mine.

I cancelled in July and reinstated again in Oct and then cancelled in Dec.
Kindly take note that the reinstatement was with a much lower CL as per my request.

However, in my CCRIS, it was showing the earlier CL which I have cancelled in July. RHB cannot answer me this though I have the confirmation letter from them.
My dispute was on the CL shown on my CCRIS, why is it still showing my old CL when the card supposedly cancelled long time ago?

Anyway, this round they assure me this will not happen anymore.

Reading back some history in this thread shows that RHB is infamous for this reason, it will be shown on CCRIS report despite cancelled for years.

I haven't cancelled any MBB card, so I don't know about it. Nevertheless, my inactive MBB cards due to upgrade are not showing on my CCRIS report.

Anyway, RHB has contacted me that day it has been removed and asked me to check my latest CCRIS report again. I will do it once I have the time.

Yes, I tried before when I reinstated my card earlier. They told me Plat minimum is 15k if I'm not wrong and said that's the lowest I can ask for.

RHB Evo no longer exists. It's now replaced with Smart Value which is basically useless. Already effective since 1st Dec...
