Can anyone pls share, do all cardholders have the same statement cycle, or it depends on when each cardholder activates their card?

Guys, any idea why my outstanding balance does not tally with my available limit?

Formula: CL - Outstanding Balance = Available Limit

All transactions have been posted. But there is a small difference (few ringgit and few cents).

Just got my first statement.

There is cashback for the following:

Petrol
Bonus
Other

I understand petrol cashback (tallies with my calculation), but how to calculate Bonus and Other cashback?

Also, what about the campaign cashback cause they don't seem to be here (like activate new card, 10% cashback to RM100, Shell cashback campaign etc)?

Okay got it. Bonus tallies as well, but Others is different by 3 cents. No big deal.

I didn't know what my cycle was, just missed out on the highest tier by a few hundred ringgit.

So much better than my previous card in terms of the cashback.

When will the additional campaign cash backs, such as activation bonus, 10% cash back bonus and shell petrol bonus appear in the account?

How to redeem Lazada new payment method voucher for RHB? It’s RM12off for RM12 spend or something

Mine just says sorry not applicable for my account.
