N he said some one will call to confirm my cancellation .. Not sure how long they will call as I will be oversea for whole week next week.. Mine only within 1 day, the next day already called. |

Since I have cancelled RHB Plat, I'm thinking to apply PBB Islamic Plat for PPL. Though I have other cards for PPL but well just adding for fun. Let me read further on this.

QUOTE(enticing188 @ Dec 23 2015, 09:14 PM) I'm not sure because I haven't owned any of them. QUOTE(ckyow1 @ Dec 23 2015, 09:20 PM) But how can the bank change the benefits without informing their customer or giving earlier notice at least... Er. I was just assuming because mine is revised and I received SMS...I didnt receive any update on this via call, sms or email.. and the Evo card still available from their official website and stated 20%....... |

Or is it due to high bankruptcy rate due to credit cards and is affecting youngsters mostly, BNM wants all banks to reduce benefits so that they won't be attractive anymore for users and new applicants?

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Dec 30 2015, 05:57 PM) BNM is trying to reduce the fee so that more 'saving' cam be passed down to customers but the banks, as usual, will only think that they lose 'profit'. QUOTE(victorywp @ Dec 30 2015, 05:58 PM) sadly, the truth was the opposite. bnm did that to encourage more merchants to accept cc payment (lower bank fee), which indirectly also encouraging more users to use cc. Learnt something today. Thanks for the enlightenment but I don't really bother, no longer attractive then cancel. |

QUOTE(intrepidity85 @ Jan 1 2016, 09:07 AM) I'm not travelling in these two months, so it's still OK.Now let me know why did you add another duplicate account again? Everyone is only entitled to one and I can see you have four. You better give me a valid reason or I will ban all accounts. |
