but beware of this platform,
my RHB card was compromised with multiple unauthorized overseas fraud transactions in USD after use at this platform.

search online reveal quite a number of complaints on this too.

those thief do it below 1 min, when i receive multiple sms from RHB of those transaction, even i lock the card immediately using apps, it's still not on time, total amount already around RM8k++ eventually posted.

now disputing these unauthorized overseas transactions.

in my opinion, RHB also have part responsibility to play for not stopping those large amount overseas fraud transactions at all, but instead they just let those transactions go thru with a SMS informing us only.

yup thats's the scary part.
no TAC overseas transactions.

to be on the safe side.
can go their apps and lock the card whenever not in use.
before use, just go apps unlock the card and lock back after use.

i learnt my lesson with them.
really scary 2 weeks peroid since it involve large amount RM8k++,
luckily eventually after i emailed to their customer advocacy team, they helped me to solve the dispute problems.

now i lock my card whenever not in use.

as based on their t&c FAQ, all cb before 28 July will follow current benefits,
which is 2.5k for 12% shell and 5% online & shell RM50 + online RM50 max cap cb

yes.
not fair for those already max out max CB and all trx posted on 27 July .
28 July started doing transaction per new CB t&c.
but no difference for most ppl that not playing this max CB thing.

i also max it RM2.5k online and all trx posted yesterday.
wasted RM500 spend.

but anyway, still happy to see this party still goes on, for now

seem like still no cb

i'm not sure how their system logic goes.
recently some scammer use my card for fraud transaction overseas without TAC,
1 trx around 5k, another 3k.
both trx happen within few secs and yet their system let both transactions go through without blocking it at all.
just sms me on these trx

both trx eventually posted to my card and after dispute only they credit back the amount back to me.

when they had let these kind of trx go thru,
yet they block shopeepay trx amounting RM1k with Secure TAC approval.

their t&c states The total Cash Back accumulated by the Cardmember will be reflected in the Cardmember’s
monthly credit card billing statement for the Card.

so clearly they had violated it.

unlike some other very smart bank will state cb credited within 2 months after each month.

same. received too.

shocked to see they let this missing cb prob occur for almost 1 month and still not fixed yet as of now
