i think they learn from overseas bank like SC.
they always doing this,
for eg min spend RM2.5k to get 15% CB but cap RM40.

somehow is a grey area.

i don't think so.
if your eligible spend is 1k (another category, non online/ewallet) and you spent only RM250 on online/eWallet, you will get ZERO Cashback, as the min spend for online/ewallet is RM500 to be eligible for any cashback. below RM500 for this category, u get nothing.

and after 8 sept until your statement date, you just need to spend another RM500 more to entitled Tier 3 cb.

yes i believe is this arrangement.
as previous 2.5k spending (same statement before 8 Sept) is counted as Tier 3.
can add on utility & grocery too.

spent 250 grocery cb 10 (Effective cb 4%)
spent 250 utility cb 10 (Effective cb 4%)
spent 500 ewallet cb 10 (Effective cb 2%)
spent shell 250 to cb 30 ? (Effective cb 12%)

so potentially getting RM160.
only for the 1st month. whistling.gif

yes same as mine.
26th statement totally no CB at all.
seem like their CB system still screwed up as they push to implement the new CB system by hard. doh.gif doh.gif

jz called CS and ask to create a report or case,
was told no need to inform them or create any case as they are aware of this problem and will credit the missing CB within 14 days.

surprise to see that push the new revised cb scheme for shell card by hard even they know their system is not ready for it.

at 1st we though like they will let their cb calculation system stable 1st before implement the revised cb again for shell card again after the last minutes u turn few months ago.

26th Sept statement.
received ZERO cash back.
regardless old or new CB scheme, not a single cashback received.

already report to their CS many times, no action.
nw official report made to their customer advocacy team.

No point calling their CS, they won't do anything other than keep telling you to wait.

Just escalate this issue to their Customer Advocacy team.

State in the email to them, if Customer Advocacy can't solve it, the next will be to BNM

unlike their CS,
so far my experience with their Customer Advocacy team is quite positive.
very efficient and will help solve the problem asap
