depend on which location you referring to also la. the Lorong Selamat Char Koay Teow is 100% overrated. taste so so but so freaking famous and expansive... i prefer the Lorong Siam or 7th road market. using charcoal and simply superb!

OO this one sometime nice sometime not nice depend siapa goreng got 1 time i go his son goreng WTF too wet ~

i think depend on timing. if lunch time and they want to serve fast, the dad will goreng. after lunch time like 3pm onwards i see the young chap the one who goreng...lately sipek lansi...need sendiri go line up and take and pay. no more taking orders from tables...
