I heard from my agent of arte plus that 1 person bought 13 units. Not sure how did he or she did that.

Both smaller size unit sold yesterday.
T2-33A-07, 620sqft, sold at 318k.
T2-05-08, 900sqft, sold at 382k. At only 424 per sqft. Wow.
