Noticed that mostly is big units. Because this development mostly doing airbnb.

The issue with big units is that they require a huge sum to fully furnish it for airbnb purpose. Besides, bigger units not much demand due to the popularity of small units.

4k+ a month installment is already tight. So my deduction is that most big units are empty sitting idle or rented out bare.

Could be why you don’t see many small units up for auction.

we could meet here about this time next year.

Arte full of compress loan. That's the problem. U see the quality of agents selling for them previously, u will puke.

Beside four seasons residence, believe the rest of developers are only looking at the ability to obtain bank loan as clients quality or profile.
