Heard about all this. Don't understand why he can't buy lelong if die die want here. This private lift crap is overrated and becomes useless for Airbnb property.

What's so special about the private lift lobby if it is serving 40 units.

Serving 40units also call private meh. The place I stay also got private lift .
Only me use at night . The lift called "lift bomba" . Lol

Arte leh... unique case... a lot airbnb a lot flow. Sometimes go to unit during peak need wait lift 15-20 minutes to reach home!

To facilities using the ONE and only service lift can wait half an hour.

Edit: peak season sometimes can’t even access the facilities.

2 units sold in the lelong market yesterday.
Coincidentally end up at the same transacted price.
Different size unit.

T1-42-07, 765sqft, RP 428k, sold at RP.
T3-35-02, 860sqft, RP 389k, sold at 428k.

Guess people start to take notice when the price drop below 400k mark.

Good concept on private lift but in practical FAILED !
You got to take 2 lifts to reach to your unit and imagine u forgotten to take something...... mega_shok.gif

Wrong understanding. You only have one lift to share for 40 units vs other condos having 5 lifts for 250 units.other people using the lift with you may not be on top or below your exact same unit but easily can share the lift.

Anyway with such good ratio like 5 lifts for 250 units or so you'll hardly need to share the lift with anyone else.
