2 units sold in the lelong market yesterday.
Coincidentally end up at the same transacted price. Different size unit. T1-42-07, 765sqft, RP 428k, sold at RP. T3-35-02, 860sqft, RP 389k, sold at 428k. Guess people start to take notice when the price drop below 400k mark. |
