Arte Penang also still cant sell finish after so long. Now another Arte.

Concept very nice. Somehow i see many people do booking earlier at iproperty fair.

They are also sales staff. You no sign fast they wont earn commission.

Bank Negara clearly said that Bank are not allowed to provide financing to property whereby the developer offer any permutation similar to DIBS. Hong Leong management rejected the end financing for this project

Hong Leong never empanel this project until recently which got rejected .So no issue

Those bank that value at 1Million, their valuer are small firm. They ownself markup now have to give the value to protect their reputation.

Indeed. Tats why lelong price vary differently because those firm that give high value during underconstruction when bank ask for value report, they have to stand firm or be blacklisted from the bank
