Actually the number of recorded lelong transaction > subsale transaction.

Is not due to poor demand. But coz the initial launching price is high. They bought high and now even selling at same price also nobody interested. Unless the owners willing to let go at a big loss to get buyer attention.

agreed what Sifu said let go a big loss. For my own opinion, to get new buyer attention, the Subsales price should at:
1 room : 750 psf
2 rooms : 700 psf
3 rooms : 600 psf

any of the Arte+ Ampang 3 Tower T1, T2 and T3 is belong to residential ? i notice the title is office unit . does it mean belong to Sovo category (office but furnished for stay)?
