Noticed that mostly is big units. Because this development mostly doing airbnb.

The issue with big units is that they require a huge sum to fully furnish it for airbnb purpose. Besides, bigger units not much demand due to the popularity of small units.

4k+ a month installment is already tight. So my deduction is that most big units are empty sitting idle or rented out bare.

Could be why you don’t see many small units up for auction.

For Ampang address this close to the city. To go 350k for 1000 square feet. Nigh impossible.

There will always be a price point where people will duke it out.

Anyway, yes few bought for own stay. Judging on the timing on the launch I’d say it was during euphoria.

Arte leh... unique case... a lot airbnb a lot flow. Sometimes go to unit during peak need wait lift 15-20 minutes to reach home!

To facilities using the ONE and only service lift can wait half an hour.

Edit: peak season sometimes can’t even access the facilities.
