Is too hard to enforce any limitation to the one who’s staying(be it long/short term) in the condo. I say it’s just to relieve measure for the residents in the short term.

so can we say that for airbnb condos, the decline in the demand and increase in cost like service fee is faster than a normal condo with longer term tenancy?

The only way I can think of is to reprogram the access point door to a different card and any resident who wants to use the facilities will have to collect the card(s) from the management office.

It will make it harder for the airbnb tenant as they only have the access card to access the carpark, lift lobby and the floor to the unit as the 'absent' owners won't be that proactive to travel all the way to the condo to collect it. Of course there will be a handful of such owners who will do so. hmm.gif

been stayed once in the airbnb there. I can understand why own-stayers will against BnB in any condo/apartments.

Basically the facility are being rape/rob by the BnB-stayers. People jump into pool with sarung/t-shirt/shorts, then walk out wet wet into the lift. Throw dumbbell onto the floor like they are The Hulk or Hercules. Never bother to take care of the facilities. Terrible.

When check-out time (12pm)......waiting the lift are like FOREVER.....always full of people in it!

Was searching arte+ in Airbnb and the list of player there is surprisingly long.. I think easily 20+ unit there is on it

But will price drop even more? With so many units up for lelong ...?

2 bedroom 700+sqft size dont think will drop below 400k.
Below 450k I guess is already rock bottom price, people will grab.
Unless is a smaller size unit like this unit here, maybe will drop till below 400k, wait next round.

Yes very long list of units and more still incoming.
The worst performing newly completed property in the market today.
Savanna Executive Suites, Southville City located in Dengkil also not doing so badly.

I think the worst performing for a few years.no pity to the banks or investors.
