One of them will visit Cyberjaya with me next week
to have a look at landed properties in Cyber. KIV Qaseh first.

Not bad if u can sell KR corner lot at RM1.72m & RM1.78m. My friend tried to let go his 2 1/2 at RM1.1m no taker. The gap between intermediate n corner is big, is the land size very big? Don't know the market price of KR, a leasehold property not my cup of tea.

Anyway is good to know the latest price of KR. Thanks for sharing.

yah, if PKR take over, it may look like the current science park 2. no progress. If Science park 2 is up, then the west part of Cyber will be more happening.

Putrajaya dan Cyberjaya mampu menjadi pencetus kepesatan pembangunan ekonomi negara sepanjang tempoh Rancangan Malaysia Ke-11 (RMK-11) yang bermula pada 2016.


Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri, Senator Datuk Seri Abdul Wahid Omar, berkata kedua-dua bandar itu adalah antara contoh bagi potensi peranan bandar dalam menggerakkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan negara.
Putrajaya sebuah bandar moden dengan infrastruktur lengkap, kualiti udara yang baik dan seni bina yang indah apabila digabungkan dengan Cyberjaya mampu menjadi nukleus baru yang terletak antara Kuala Lumpur dan Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur (KLIA)," Senator Datuk Seri Abdul Wahid Omar, Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri

Beliau yang mengakui peminat idea pembangunan Putrajaya dan kini tinggal di Cyberjaya berkata, bandar adalah nukleus aktiviti ekonomi dan mempunyai kesan positif terhadap pertumbuhan negara secara keseluruhan.

“Putrajaya sebuah bandar moden dengan infrastruktur lengkap, kualiti udara yang baik dan seni bina yang indah apabila digabungkan dengan Cyberjaya mampu menjadi nukleus baru yang terletak antara Kuala Lumpur dan Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur (KLIA).

“Ramai penduduk Malaysia tidak nampak bahawa Putrajaya adalah setaraf dengan Sydney dan bandar raya terancang terkemuka lain di dunia,” katanya selepas merasmikan Persidangan Permulaan RMK-11 (Inisiatif Unit Perancangan Ekonomi – Bank Pembangunan Asia) di Port Dickson, semalam.

Model pembangunan bandar
Wahid berkata, dalam tempoh jangka panjang, Putrajaya dan Cyberjaya bukan hanya sebuah bandar pentadbiran kerajaan serta komunikasi dan teknologi maklumat (ICT).

Kemasukan beberapa pemaju hartanah terkemuka serta pembinaan sebuah kompleks beli-belah terbesar di negara ini, katanya akan merancakkan pembangunan Putrajaya dan Cyberjaya.

“Pembangunan terancang Putrajaya akan menjadi model kepada pembangunan bandar lain di negara ini,” katanya.

Beliau berkata, peranan bandar, termasuk kerjasama Kuala Lumpur dan bandar raya Asia Tenggara lain, terutama Singapura adalah antara idea awal yang mampu memberikan impak besar terhadap sosio ekonomi negara ini pada masa depan.

Katanya, walaupun RMK-11 hanya akan dibentangkan pada Jun 2015, perancangan awal dibuat supaya program lima tahun terakhir sebelum Malaysia mencapai taraf negara maju pada 2020 dibuat berdasarkan data dan perancangan terperinci.

Unjuran pertumbuhan KDNK

Sementara itu, katanya unjuran pertumbuhan Keluaran Dalam Negara Kasar (KDNK) sepanjang RMK-11 ialah 5.3 peratus setahun yang akan membolehkan pendapatan perkapita kasar negara meningkat kepada RM53,000 pada 2020.
