I only went to Shafsbury and Mirage. Shafsbury got more cars than what i expected...the parking infront all full, some cars are park beside the shop...more shops open, noticed some cafe open in 1st / 2nd floor, can survive ?

happy to see mat selleh in Starbucks, it indicate cyber is liveable to them...

only 7 units left (lakeview 3bedroom), cheapest $1.1M

This is out of my expectation, I thought there should be many condo units left. I dont think ppl will buy expensive condo for short term flip, might hold the unit and waiting for capital appreciation.

Told u mbtl condo is indeed exclusive. I would rather own stay here than fennel in sentul coz i pay the neighbourhood price also

I think those facing lake are all 3bedroom condo and all vr expensive...

facing track is my concern too, as u noticed the structure is a curve....so some units are far from the track

Not invested, so no concern.
But, see many described it as exclusive.. so just kpc to know how many owners can really enjoy the good view..

Just for sharing, if the sound proof for door/windows not good, the noice from main road/track is quite irritating.
