I google around abit, i dont see any article mention specifically Tsukiji fish market will be closed this year. Some article says the move will be at 2016, does it means the auction will still be at the same place until they move? Im going there by April, hopefully that time havent close/move yet.

Nope wont happen this year. According to the Nikkei newspaper (in Japanese though), the move will start in 2015. But then who knows if it might postpone again.

Can I continue to reload and use my icoca card around Tokyo metro or trains? I saw their ads icoca card is now accepted whole country
*
Yes you can. Since March 2013, all these cards (pasmo, suica, kitaca, etc) can be used nationwide. So when you topup in Tokyo Metro/JR, you will need to select the pasmo or suica sign instead. I did used my pasmo in Hokkaido recently which I cant in 2012.

Planning to visit Tokyo for the first time in November. I heard that if you want to visit Tokyo, the best place to stay is Shinjuku because its in the middle of some of the best places and also near the train station. What do you guys think?

Yup. Its still open. But the tuna auction area is close till 20th Jan. The new area in toyosu is facing some contamination issue as its previously own by Tokyo Gas.

Hakone , Sure is very nice. I went there more than 10 times.

You have to buy 4100 Yen Hakone 2day free Pass. Journey start from Shinjuku. Top up another 900 Yen for Romance car

I'm planning to visit the tuna auction at Tsukiji fish market in November which means I have to be there before 5am.
Since my flight will reach Haneda airport around midnight, I'll spend the night at the airport and take a taxi around 4am from the airport to the market. Is that possible (and how much will it cost)? Are there even any taxis around that time? Or is there a better way?

Bro Regent,

I'm going through the Peach luggage policy, to check in big / heavy luggage.

From website : Heavy baggage charges must be paid in addition to checked baggage charges for baggage which weighs between 20 kg and 32kg.
The following items of baggage cannot be checked in:
Items exceeding the cumulative limitation of 100 kg per passenger
Items of luggage which exceed 32 kg per item.
Items exceeding the total dimension 203cm.

Question:
It didn't mention how many pieces of big / heavy luggage, it only mentioned cumulative of up to 100kg per person. Does that mean, I can bring several (max 3) 20-32KG luggage and charged only YEN2650 ( Zone 2 rate) ? If that's the case, assuming I have 4 person travelling together with me, i just need to purchase probably 2 happy peach fare plus + 2 happy peach fare ADD 2 heavy luggage to accomodate maybe 4-5 big luggages?

Once you bag is more than 20Kg to 32Kg . It will automatic rank as Heavy Luggage Category.
Mean Each Luggage will charge you 2650Yen Plus 1050 Yen for additional luggage booking fee.

If you got 5 Luggage it will be like this

Person 1
Happy Peach Plus Ticket + 2650 Yen
Person 2
Happy Peach Plus Ticket + 2650 Yen
Person 3
Happy Peach Plus Ticket + 2650 Yen
Person 4
Happy Peach Plus Ticket + 2650 Yen + 2650 + 1050 Additional luggage
