P/S: shiragawa snowy view, hakodate Night mountain view, goryukaku tower view and miyajima tori gate are amazingly breath taking

from what i read, you wont be able to get a refund for icoca in tokyo

yeah preferably. transportation around japan is expensive. you'd want to plan places that are close by.
