Too many hearsay only.. Nothing solid yet... Wonder y haven't seen any aggresive marketing for this project ? Perhaps awaiting official launching for phase 2 ?

Guess the market is slowing after the announcement of budget 2015. Some of my friends r preparing for the market slump.

I guess this is a cool down period for all flippers. The cooling measures has been effective so far, the price will be staying there and i guess the bank wouldnt let the market slumped. expected woulnt be any price hike in coming few years depends on the global economics. Slump? mm, may be not. lets see after GST implementation 1st of april next year.

Nope, i dint receive any mail about developer redraw money from bank. The interest start charge us when certain progress done by developer and asking money from bank.
