I too don't have any other commitment and everything was under their guideline however was only approved at 88%Seems UOB is given the best rate at -BLR 2.4.. Other banks gave 90% loan but at -BLR 2.35 |

Heard that the latest pricing is discount 7% for non uoa members (8% for uoa members) from the indicative price. And it's 10% downpayment after discounted price. An increase about 30-40K from early bird price.

It was shared on the desa sentul facebook group that the showunit is ready. Anyone has any confirmation on this ? is the show unit for phase 1 or phase 2 ? No one seems to be able to verify on that page..

I not sure the show unit is ready or not, but 1 thing can confirm is the show unit is for phase2, as heard from my agent.
