As a general rule, AEON's criteria for a new shopping mall is a wider road?

I saw they clear the land beside sentul village first phase, is that phase 2?

is it the land between sentul village and 1sentul? That parcel of land will be phase2. anyway, the show unit ready?

They are putting up something at the showroom....not sure when... any insider know?

Any thought for this project as investment? I see from the map, though many schools around the area and confirmed mall will be built, it is still far from the LRT station.

Long term investment should be about alright.. There is short cut route to the lrt station via tmn dato senu.. If ur familiar, its like 5-10 mins drive.

Thanks, and frankly I am not familiar with Sentul but I see the potential of growing otherwise YTL wont go in....
