Yes Asus SC did help you to change wifi card, but they not help you install 3rd antenna on your laptop. This gona do it by DIY way.

Not sure if I have a fault unit but my laptop will either hang or BSOD after playing DotA 2 for like 15 minutes. Temperature seems fine however (around 60 to 70)

first, please do all these after you have created a recovery usb with backtracker.

what's the exact error message? you can use bluescreenview to try check it out. do you have any antivirus running in the background?

also, can you run hwinfo64 in sensors-only mode and then play games for 10 minutes, then check the temperatures (cpu/gpu)?

for any electronics, please test thoroughly before the 1-to-1 exchange period expired.

win 8 BSOD.. may i see error? kinda expert removing bsod..

x if you have ssd, make sure update firmware SSD WIN 8 only

x if you dont have any SSD, RAM make sure Low volt ram... or newly up ram is faulty pls do memtest to make sure un-faulty ram.

x BSOD state DCP_watchdog_voilation this is saying error WIFI driver (E2200 killer ) download driver on killermanager.com then uninstall on notebook then restart then install new driver... (this fix my notebook problem)

Not sure, seems like the error may vary. After it is shut down due to the BSOD, I need to wait for a while before I can turn the pc back on.

what error msg? have you check event log error in computer management ?

Never mind, I get a 1 to 1 exchange from the shop. I played DotA 2 in front of the technician and the laptop just BSOD after 5 minutes then cannot turn on. LOL.
