Do you all facing the problem with suddenly the screen is turning black(BUT NO SHUTTING DOWN OR FORCE SHUT DOWN) and it will back to screen with typing the password? I having this problem before 2 months ago and till now. Sometime it will force shut down also. Before that i follow the information on V6 treats so i refresh the laptop to factory setting. It still the same. Please anyone of them? having this problem?

I tested the furmark just now and it still consider okay i think max 88C run for 15 minute. I never contact service center. no any error msg and directly shut down. with using windows 8 . G55VW-1216H

My mode is not power saving mode and normaly i will use high performance mode. And from the Power Options on the control panel, i used to be tick Do nothing in all the column etc like When I press the power button , When I close the lid. So i think it won't be shutdown automatically. For the return to the password typing the screen is just happened 30 minute ago. I have been 1st time meet this problem. For the automatically shut down that is normally 3 times per weeks having this problem.
Note: i normally will never turn off the laptop and let it charge all my phone to the next morning and it still turning on from the day purchase on last year Dec . Last 2 months ago, the computer start had the problem with the next morning when i wake up the computer off automatically. And after I turn on the computer there is nothing like system error message or any critical message from windows. That why i am confusing on this.

And what should i do for this problem?

Yes i did it last month, after i resfresh the computer the problem still the same. I am sweating for this time. very very sad for now. i fully refreshed the computer turn into the new OS without any old file and etc. just like new computer .

Ya that I tried on the software you mention hwinfo64, i can't see any temperature of my CPU. please help.

I think i missed it, Erm after install the speccy , i found my normal CPU temperature is about 50-60 , same to other etc HD , CD-ROM .

Just now been shut down for 3 time within 15 minute, now i am plugged in my battery without charging. See either the problem still occurs or not

Thanks you and Horns for the replied, and found out that not my system , hard disk , ram , graphic card , and etc problem. Just the AC power adaptor problem. After i tried on battery mode without plugged in the power that is working perfectly, but once i unplugged the battery and plugged in the power without battery about 20-30 minute, it will suddenly shut down. So is there the AC-power adaptor is still on warranty? And the AC-power adaptor got so easy spoil? I don't think so, that mean is I am the unlucky one

Someone like mine after update the windows 8 to 8.1 can't load into home screen?

Yes I did via windows store, it was black screen nothing show up. Tried on safe mode it working perfect, but normal startup failed . Tried on refresh windows it said some problem occur and nothing change so finally I reset windows and it work, so now back to factory units.
