Considering too. Pretty okay entry price for the studio. How much rental do you think it can fetch in 2019?

What areas can be used as comparison? Pandan indah? Shamelin star in taman Shamelin?

For the Investment,quite ok. bcoz nowday studio eazier rent out then 2 bedroom& 3 bedroom
After that the rental can cover the installment. its bring positive INCOME why not???
Reantal 2017 around RM1500 - 1800 with fully furnished.
Expect two more year can reach 2000.

Shamelin Star is a different class by itself. Unit facing the KLCC enjoys a fantastic view although it could be noisy. Those facing Cheras Township and the Park also have very beautiful views. Most of the unit comes with 2 car parks. Their swimming pool are of olympic size with the KL landscape in the background.

You make your own decision which property you want to buy according to your budget.
