Insider news, road widening will be commence work soon for jalan perdana 3/1, 4/91 & 6/2. If not wrong will be widening from single line to double line.

Went to sales office last weekend, block A, B & C fully sold out.

Block D also 60% gone, and developer still blocking a few levels.

No Mrt/Lrt public transport surrounded. Even got shuttle bus provided, how many stuttle bus will be require to serve the residences during peak hour? I dont think is good for investment, alot of other project studio unit have better location and almost same price as this.

Calculate yourself... Do you really think the rental here can cover your monthly installment and maintenance fee?? If cannot then look elsewhere....not necessary to buy new dev for investment

Agree, is there any college/uni neaby to rent to students ??

Don't forget this project very high density, rental here should be quite competitive
