guys receive message from a marketing agent, the weave behind PGRM is open for selling, the weave is located opposite to pudu ulu park, nearby to LRT and future MRT, Aeon and Sunway Velocity, is more attractive right? start from RM6xx psf iirc

i passby that area alot i have to agree to your point, the access road to MRR 2 which is only single lane and the access road through 1 Shamelin to go downtown KL is also single lane with limited space to expand the road in the future (bad town planning imo) is a nightmare in the morning rush hour

but Pandan area is very near to city centre and will take only less than 15 minutes drive to reach BTS with smooth flowing traffic.
