just wonder is the road coming out from the condo will be extended to 4 lanes (2 lane each side) ? now in the morning the traffic also quite heavy

Agent say that the develop will manage the whole area and don't tend to transfer to JMB..they say they did that 13 years for Marc Residences...anyone can verify ?

for me studio must depends on location

i.e LRT, near commercial/ office building.

if not, nobody will pay > RM1000 for a studio...

Single entry point, how long would it take to get out of building to reach the main access road (Jalan Perdana 3/1) ?

Are there enough car parks? ( there is near zero car park capacity on surrounding area)

LRT is 3.7km away, if you wanna walk , takes 45 minutes, or take feeder service(depend on luck, might be around same time)

Studio Prices, last saw in AEON Maluri sales booth is 290k++

If you want same area, try Perdana Villa/Perdana Villa Deluxe, low density,850+ sqft for 280k-350k, 3Bedroom 2 Toilet
