my opinion is, they need longer time coz: 1. need more time for the foundation as its next to the lake 2. most importantly, they need more time to sell sell sell since there are quite a lot of units

its ok if they tell upfront its going to be 60 months, rather than telling ppl 36 months and keep delay and delay
