I have no idea about Lakeville but I sure know about Pandan area. The road already exist is jam and small already plus it that is the only way out unless the developer creates own route to MRR2, which is already jam at peak time. Anyway up to own opinion. No one force u to agree ma.

what took it so long to built a show unit? after the building is done, the show unit will be dismantled anyway right?

Groundbreaking ceremony has not yet done is it? So what is the contractor building on the site? How come they can build something without the groundbreaking done yet?

i saw there is a nice building looks like completely built at the site. not sure if it is the office or show room.

Which road? The current road I think has no space for expansion left & right.
