quite right- did some research...more than half the site is water body. So 5 acres only or so for building.
Is that not dense?

Wow.. After Sentrio Suites another mushroom popping out.. interesting.. if the psf is above 900.. better get landed house thr.. is cheaper..

unfortunately the old houses there are leasehold and tenure left 70 years..thats what holding back it's value which now at around 500K+ for an old DS.


Btw I stay here and the place is congested already in both of it entrance from the new flyover from maluri and MRR2 exit especially peak hours..The que took minimal 15 mins to enter into the housing area.There seem to be no way it can be solve.
Imagine adding this project it will be traffic disastrous.

Single storey already asking > RM400K.
Double storey is generally asking > RM600K.
Maybe RM500Kplus is really basic and no good condition.
I think bank value is quite close to transacted value.
Anyway, jam is very where nowadays in KV.

If 900 psf its a crazy price. I wonder how these projects gonna survive if there is a property slump in 2015/2016?

The RM900psf is not reasonable as this is quite far away from TRX. Will be ok if price is around RM600-700psf.

Haven't launch, the just demolished the club, I think by then time they launch maybe another 3 months. Hopefully price is good, I am also interested to buy. Looking forward to the new upgrading of the lake, its about time!

Starting price is above RM300K. It's furnished but not sure if it's fully or not.
