price a bit on the high side, with no instant ktm/lrt/mrt access.....need to wait the unconfirmed mrt2/ circle line.....

this commercial title soho / service apartment can convert the Tnb and water bills to residential rate? I know quit rent and cukai taksiran is a confirm NO NO to convert....

my question is studio can fetch 1.5k rental here?
if 3-room condo with 1.5k rental, then again the yield is still bad (with price 540k+)… |
