unfortunately the old houses there are leasehold and tenure left 70 years..thats what holding back it's value which now at around 500K+ for an old DS.You must be kidding.

Btw I stay here and the place is congested already in both of it entrance from the new flyover from maluri and MRR2 exit especially peak hours..The que took minimal 15 mins to enter into the housing area.There seem to be no way it can be solve.
Imagine adding this project it will be traffic disastrous.
