Please don't misunderstanding, What I mean is those owner group with news or conversation. Not kind of "those" meaning because I have posts my contact in here before but someone ask me whether am I owner then I reply yes but after no adding me into either group or anything.

This area has a nickname call golden triangle pandan, there's a lot of shortcuts can use , but sometimes have some main road peak period those jammed is common can't avoid Loh.... If kl have place no jammed that's no kl liao.... Haha, go mana pun jammed punya Lah haha

Studio units consists of how many % from total 1920 units here?
60% or more if add in those dual key units with separated studio unit as well?

Seeing the rental market now flooding with studio units ads from here at the moment.
Other layout, 2 bedroom and above, I guess buyers who bought for own stay, so not that many ads.

Market rate: RM1200 partial furnish. RM1500 full furnish.
Not bad rate considering launch price for studio was below 300k (cheapest from 270k).
Is an above 6% yield.

6% consider very good dy. depends on take up rate also i suppose, if response slow price might adjust.

Have you taken into acc the cost to fully furnished the unit and interest paid during construction???

So easy to make 6%?

i believe the partial furnish will drop to 1k soon

Was this the project developed by the developer of Marc Residence?

Took a long time to VP.

Wonder if how this project fares will be an early indicator of how all the high density developments in this area would fare?

Still decent return. Let's see the take up rate given the deep location but stellar product.

Those dual key seperate studio unit not sure the size.

Will need 6 months not paying bank installment before bank will lelong the unit.
