I had took my studio unit key last two weeks, tip top kalipop condition. Only 4 minor defect like the toilet bowl cover need change and the number door plate stick bit senget those minor defect only... , even the renovation & lighting sifu comes over also said this project very solid quality. I was very surprise the outcome was so good and beautiful.
Surprisingly The lobby seriously like those grand hotel or those grand ballroom.

Oh ya, and I also had all my things done in the house. Tip top kalipop now haha

This developer has great reputation. Its workmanship is one of the reasons why the demand is high for typical units. Most of the buyers here are buy to stay too instead of flipping.

There are 1000 buyers in this project (assume this project got 1000 units).

Most means over 500 buyers are for own stay.

Seems quite good the quality. I got one colleague and another badminton kaki bought this condo project for own stay. They seems pretty satisfied and happy with the end product.

Not concluding nor giving a solid answer. Just a figure of speech. As my family members and a few friends and even property agent friends have bought it for own stay. And it 1.9k units of I'm not mistaken

I have 2 friends also bought this place but 2 of them are definitely investors. I feel like want to say also, figure of speech wise, this 28BLVD is strictly for investment.

to me its not important if stayers are 1st hand buyer, 2nd or 3rd hand buyers or just rentees. houses are meant to stay.
