anyway, if you buy HL from any sundry shop and you found out that the milk is spoilt after you went back home, do return it to the taukeh. he can exchange it with the distributor for a fresher one. my old man has a sundry shop in USJ.

I prefer buying it at Tesco or other hypermarts. HL is so damn expensive at RM4.50.

that's pretty cheap. i used to buy mine from jusco, cheapest they ever went was for rm4.20, though it's a lot cheaper when they come in twin packs.

i better start stocking up at Tesco instead. i once saw a bottle of flax seed oil the size of those cheap rm5 liquor in the fridge near where they put the whip cream going for rm40+. expensive sial.

Was at Tesco yesterday, price came down to RM3.50 from RM3.55.... But I think so far cheapest still at Carrefour at RM3.45.

Jesus! That expensive? But i know flax seed oil is highly anabolic fat, even better than fish oil.
