any pressfit BB is also not good... once u see how the bearings come out... you feel like they are doing it to your nads...

but then go with normal threaded cup, crank not stiff enough... how???

cannot complain lar... terus saja hentam miss universe... miss malaysia is not up not down... end up you gatal only...

leave those cups/bearings alone la. if kaput just knock them out and install new ones.

if the bearings and cups removed maybe once a year, using proper cup removal tool, will it damage it?
