bulk purchase is.mere bullshit...zero pm received from the so called bulk purchase arranger for 15+8pc...lyn info really misleading. So, my SA from UOA is right..no such bullshit.

What is the current price psf ?
Is it good for investment ? Is the location still considered good as the mosque is just next door and would it be noisy ? So many units, can get good rental ? Can anyone advice ?  |
