Bro how did you add light on the key hole area?

the one n only tyre shop i trust is hock cheong opposite prangin mall there.
but be prepared to wait long... too many cars

I think i haven get use to cvt yet after owning the car more one month plus. How do you guys accelerate to overtake cars? When emergency want to overtake, i press the pedal until 4k rpm but coudnt feel the torque coming, i have to release a little then can feel the power. When i cant feel the power, its human natural tent to press more and the rpm suddenly shoot very fast after 4k rpm. Hope any cvt sifu can give some tips.

Use SAT mode.....XD....

CVT do lack the punchy feel you are used to in manual or regular stepped gear ratio auto. You car is actually accelerating, but because it does so gradually, you cannot feel it.

If you wanna feel the "push", use either SAT mode or L gear.

the viva didnt mod anything le... but resale value damn low ler... rugi kao kao.... sumore the car, no eye c...

conv at or manual,all ratios are fixed,the shifting between ratio causing the feeling sensation especially from od to low,like from 5th to 3rd, n 5th to 2nd will feel more than the first example, but from 5th to 4th will fell less cause the ratio is close,not as big as previous example

meanwhile punch cvt using pulley to create ratio, one for low n one for high ratio. sometimes cvt is said as gearless @stepless. it can be said that cvt has indifinite ratio,countless ,but of coz,it has limit on min n max ratio,cant fell the jump or shift or step. just a smooth operator. is like having 30 speed gbox or more,the shifting is less felt

the good thing is for od,cvt can used high ratio that reduce engine rpm at speed,if u compare the rpm for manual flx with cvt,the manual rev highr at 100kmh coz the last ratio must be set at suitable torque range so that it wont feel gutless n need to shit to lower gear to gain torque just to ovrtake a motorcycle for example. but give unsuitable ratio like resulting high rpm for last gear also can result poor fc,even good torque generated.

while previous blm,the auto rpm isnt that much diff to manual coz its rely too much on engine torque.

that is why there is saying ratio can create torque.

dont worry,there is sat button or step auto trans,u can feel the stepping.

Last time I ask Ford and Proton the trade in value of my FLX SE (RM50k new), their dealer offer RM30-32k only. After I post it in mudah, got a joker offer me RM25k cash 1 year car oni!!
