Want to share my findings . Treat it as a reminder for those new to migrating new rig to Haswell or DC.
If you are using Haswell powered computers and having random restarts when the PC is in idle (suddenly pc turned off and on again) . Disable C6 save state in the BIOS.
The problem with Haswell and older PSU designs is that Haswell has tough load transient response requirements when its lowest-power sleep states are enabled. Your reboots/shutdowns at idle were likely due to your PSU not being able to cope with those. It is a fairly common problem and disabling C6 is usually all that is necessary to get around that without needing a new PSU.
Do note the older PSU designs in the explaination.

Most of the time will even blue screen that give X03b bluescreen codes.

I am using a year 2010 power supply. My remedy is change "Package C-States Support from Auto to C3.

You can run 4.6GHz stable @ 1.18V? That's pretty good. I need about 1.24V at same speed, else video encoding/Prime95 will crash.

Gave up on the i7 5775c that i've waiting, ordered an i7 4790K, can't wait to OC it d, my target will be 4.5/4.6Ghz below 1.2v
just give me luck that I strike a CPU lottery, haha.
Guys, wondering if you guys overclock the base or the Turbo? If Turbo will only limit to 2 cores/ 1 core right?
Thanks in advance

What's your core speed and voltage? on what kind of cooler?
Better to keep it lower for longevity of your CPU life
