guys, i want to ask something, everytime i restart my fon, then it shows, "currently unable to download, please try again later"...what is that?

yes ! finally proud owner of S4 LTE ... waited 6 hours for my unit sadly stupid maxis center. Now anyone know where to get reasonable S-view cover for S4 ? price at around 69+ ...
