I owned one of the commercial lot from Mah Sing, they used all sub standard material and really bad in responding to defect rectification. I owned quite a number of properties, and Mah Sing is the worse that i have ever come across.
*
That is horrible experience for you. I can feel your pain.

about their sales staff's attitude..... it is one of the worse that I meet...really 'dog eye look down ppl'.....even some of the big / small developer's SA better attitude than them.......
*
Are they that bad?

I thought my encounter with them was isolated case. I really didn't know many share the same. I had bad experience with them for MR in Rawang. Poor attitude and product knowledge is crappy.

Attitude wise....normal saja. Somehow we have a lot of anti mah sing ppl here. What do u expect from a sales advisor?

I was at ecosky launch. Remember how they shouted at us...forces us to take numbers a day before...force us into the lawyer's room to choose whatever units is there...is that good?
*
I don't recall you use the word shout at us and forces us to take number a day before in EcoSky thread. You queued up for the number. How to force you?

You mean they really force you.... I may not be a fan of of Mah Sing products, but I won't say something untrue. Forcing you to take number....

Get caught and then change topic...

Didnt we all need to take numbers on sat for the sunday allocation? Unless they gave u a number without queuing....then thats unfair..

doh.gif
*
Purchasers and those interested queued to get number on Saturday. This didn't mean they forced you to take number. You came voluntarily. You booked your unit. You dropped it due to removal of dibs. And then now you kept condemning EcoSky and make false statement. They speak a lot about your credential and character.

Case closed for now.

my only concerns for this property and EcoSky is the traffic during Thaipusam. Got a fren stay in symphony height, everytime Thaipusam is near, he need to work from home.
*
To be fair, EcoSky, Lakeville and KiaraEast are not affected much by Taipusam celebration. They normally use Jalan Ipoh rather than Jalan Kuching....

Symphony Height by Huayang is different story. They are located in the epic centre of Taipusam where the roundabout is located. Even the famous porridge restaurant Pan Heong will close for 3 days during the celebration.

Those who stay in Penaga is the worst affected.....

amara also would be affected.

but actually ecosky also will be effected because the roundabout would be almost at a standstill too causing spillover congestion.
*
Where is Amara?

For Ecosky, one can use back inroad via Taman Wahyu to come out to Jalan Kepong and then goto Duke and NSE and Penchala or Sprint. Tiada masalah. Lakeville will be even closer to such accesses.

They incl also dryer. And 1 year free maintenance and free loan legal (incl loan stamp)..and mClub discount. The two carparks are side by side. Just realised  there are many units below 550psf..now have to really consider but still concern on the high density.
*
Are you aware that at least one or two blocks are reserved for affordable housing?

Don't put hope to PR1MA la, they will make it in smaller built-up as the min req by gov 850ft2 with no frebies, no discount, legals fee by buyer, 1 CP eventually price / ft2 will more or less to services apartment.

Is it the PR1MA will be at the corner with yellow color building as shown in the pic? It seem Pr1Ma will hav their own facilities with separate with the services apartment.

Ya, the SA strongly emphasize that the affordable housing will have separate facilities...in fact, the 6 blocks of serviced apartments would have barriers to separate them from the PR1MA blocks...but all these are not in black n white la.... Moreover, the confirmed access would still be from tmn. Wahyu main road, which definitely would be too small for the number of residents there....
