Huh??!! Those Taman Wahyu shoplots mostly are used as makeshift store woh. I hope the Lakeville Shoplots can have something fancy like Coffee Bean, PappaRich etc... Shops where people can hang out and shop around.
For Lakeville to have a chance to make, they seriously need to put more thoughts on it:
1. Access road to Jalan Kepong is a must. Riding on Jalan Kuching and using existing Taman Wahyu access road aint doing any good. This access could spurs more commercial activities. 2. The cleanliness of the lake has to be cleaned and put provision of future maintenance. 3. Preferably, the other two connecting ponds should be segregated via **** channels....whichever possible. Are they addressing the sand mining activities in the existing pond? 4. Explore how to make use of the fenced up area by DID for recreational area and yet security is maintained. 5. Segregation of lower tier and higher tier products to show exclusivity. 6. They have to find ways to obstruct the clear view of the oxidation pond as well as the HTC. 7. They also need to displace all the gold within the site. Please dont bury it.
Seriously, I will be very keen if I can see the plans, initiatives and prices.
TMS can play this game easily. Just ask their staff to put in a bid to match selling price, kawtim. then at least on paper transacted liao at market price. doubt that the 'winner' would get the unit at a much much lower price.
Perhaps just wait n see the master plan of this project that will be unveil soon by MahSing rather than guessing with no direction. I believe a top 10 developer backup with a competent technical design team should have considered all the possible & buidable solution for it.
Maybe you can take those points I mentioned as my personal wishlist. I have no doubt a top 10 developer can deliver it but whether they are willing to execute it at a cost is another question.

Pls just give those expert a chance to show u their concept n master plan, after u know it only start tembak also not too late. Do u really know how it work n wat code to refer for township planning, structure design, civil works design, road safety, flood n environmental design. U take tau I also donno coz u are just a buyer I just a investor. Don just tembak with those ??? In your mind just like town council. This must that must, hav u do this do that, show me prove me. So wait n see mashing's team present to u lah. will u ask the developer the petro station so close to the building if expose macamana ah hav u consider it? The super 'fresh air' macamana ah.

well...i went to the site just now. they have totally clear the site and start constructing something there already... hmmm.. guess should be their sales gallery. dont know when going to launch the serviced apartment.
I hope you also goto Jalan Kepong near TNB building to see how the rubbishes are buried there....my earlier photo show clearly.
Not sure they will remove it before doing earthwork.....and leave the rubbishes there.???

Eco Sky direct competitor Lakeville @ Mah Sing came out an interesting commercial. Good to see our Malaysian developer starts to market its product in much better way than just print or video but add more stories behind it. Anything in the commercial crosses your path in life? Good one! Keep doing it or else it will be just too bore to watch those same o same o clips that showcase the AI again and again.
the video...nice story line...but the size of the lake is very UNREAL.... let alone the turbidity of the water.
the view of the lake with KL background (ie two jagung and KL tower) is quite obstructed in actual scenario but look unobstructed in the video......let me explain..
1. the site floor level is much lower than Jalan Kepong FFL 2. After Jalan Kepong, there are two buildings obstructing the view up to easily 10-12 storeys. The buildings are crystal crown and Brem Mall
Imagin doing piling work and then hit rubber tire at the bottom (as part of the gold buried underneath)....and this is highrise building....What will happen?
Nothing happen. if displacement pile than just driven through lol. if non- displacement pile than core through lol. Pile is design for end bearing or skin friction, nothing do with rubber or non rubber.
tangetkor - You wont think the tire ie obstacle will create the friction if the pile didnt punch thru....
