The lake or kolam at Lakeville is very dirty and dark green COLOUR...

How come they did show HTC view?

Mah Sing should launch months before the incinerator news
Now quite tough for the pricing ner

but i thought the incinerator is in Jinjang area ?

what the.. is it going to share the same lake?!? it is so risky if the incinerator is located near the lake.

Lakeville is also a LEASEHOLD land beside near crappy lake, HTC, rubbish dump, etc.

spoken to MS staff, the lake will be cleaned (of cz buyer paying for it! )

Nothing much can do about the HTC, but they said is within safe distance. Most important is the "lifestyle" factor that MS will focus for this dev, imagine walking down in the "cleaned" lake with your kids...

the USP is the LAKE, and FOC HTC of course...

If this responsibility of cleaning the lake is not stated in the S&P then it's upto u how much you want to believe in the developer's SA words

If the lake within the compound, and this is strata-title property, the maintenance will be by JMB/MC...
